Stop Fighting For Bandwidth On Shared BalanceAI RPC

Shared BalanceAI RPC pools throttle you, bill you per compute unit, and seat you next to noisy neighbors. A dedicated BalanceAI node is your own private backbone: flat-priced, uncapped, and yours alone.

BalanceAI Node Specifications

The networks, node software, and data interfaces your dedicated BalanceAI node ships with. BalanceAI is a Substrate Proof of Stake chain: its mainnet RPC serves Substrate JSON-RPC over HTTP and WSS, and also answers Ethereum-style JSON-RPC, so Polkadot.js and ethers tooling both connect.

What Teams Build On BalanceAI Nodes

Where a private, uncapped endpoint beats a shared RPC pool.

AI Agent Backends

Autonomous BalanceAI agents hit the chain constantly to read state, settle micropayments, and record results. A dedicated node keeps those calls fast and uncapped during bursts, so agent workflows do not stall on shared limits.

Model Marketplace Indexing

Indexers track model listings, usage, and reward payouts across the marketplace. A dedicated archive node powers long-running ingestion and search without shared-endpoint throttling, fit for explorers and analytics dashboards.

On-Chain Micropayments

BAI micropayments flow between model creators, agents, and consumers. Your node serves balance reads, fee checks, and broadcast with steady latency, so settlement stays reliable through marketplace spikes.

Validator And Staking Ops

Run BalanceAI validators on single-tenant hardware with full IPMI and KVM. Dedicated CPU and NVMe keep block production and NPoS staking stable, while you hold the keys and we keep the metal healthy.

WebSocket App Streams

Marketplace UIs and agent dashboards subscribe over WSS for live events and reward updates. A dedicated endpoint keeps long-lived connections stable during busy periods, fit for real-time notifications.

Private Internal RPC

Teams building on BalanceAI want access without exposing endpoints publicly. Restrict access by IP and network rules for internal services and partner systems, with a clearer security posture.

From BalanceAI To Private Endpoint In 3 Steps

Pick a node, we provision dedicated bare metal, you get a private, snapshot-ready RPC URL.

  1. 01

    Pick Your BalanceAI Node

Choose full, archive, or validator. We run the Balance AI Core Node; tell us if you need Substrate JSON-RPC, Ethereum-compatible RPC, or both, and your region.

  2. 02

    We Provision Bare Metal

Your single-tenant Core Node deploys on NVMe, snapshot or state-synced, so you skip the long cold sync from genesis.

  3. 03

    Get Your Private Endpoint

Receive a dedicated JSON-RPC endpoint over HTTP and WSS with unlimited requests and zero rate limits, private behind IP allowlisting and DDoS protection.

Put Your Node Where Milliseconds Are Won

RPC latency is mostly a function of distance. A dedicated node lets you choose the exact region, so you sit next to the traffic that matters instead of fighting for routing on a shared, far-away endpoint.

Place It Where Your Users Are

Deploy across 20+ Tier III locations in the US, EU, Asia, and Australia. Put your BalanceAI node in the region your traffic actually comes from, not wherever a shared pool happens to route you.

Cut The Round Trips

RPC latency is mostly physical distance. Running in the same region as your users and the BalanceAI network's peers shaves the round-trips a far-away, shared endpoint can never give back, which is what high-frequency reads and transaction submission live or die on.

Multi-Region By Design

Run a primary node plus regional read replicas for fast reads everywhere and built-in redundancy. Split public read endpoints from private admin, debug, and trace endpoints.

Need a node within a target latency budget of a specific region or venue? Tell us the endpoint and we'll recommend the closest facility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Chain IDs, clients, archive data, getLogs limits, and why dedicated beats compute-unit billing.

What is BalanceAI, and what does a BalanceAI RPC node do?

BalanceAI is a decentralized, Substrate-based Proof of Stake protocol and marketplace for AI models and agents, with the native utility token BAI. A BalanceAI RPC node runs the Balance AI Core Node and exposes the APIs your apps and agents use to read chain data and broadcast transactions, so dApps, indexers, and dashboards get stable, predictable access.

Is BalanceAI Substrate-based or EVM-compatible?

Both apply. BalanceAI is a Substrate Proof of Stake chain, and its official explorer is the Polkadot.js apps UI pointed at the network RPC. The mainnet RPC also answers Ethereum-style JSON-RPC, for example eth_blockNumber, so ethers.js and Substrate tooling can both connect. Tell us which interface your app calls and we configure the node to match.

Full node vs archive node: which one supports my queries?

Choose a full node when you mainly need current state, recent blocks, and transaction submission. Choose an archive node when you need deep historical state for explorers, indexers, analytics, or long-range backfills. A dedicated setup lets you pick the right tier without sharing limits, and resize CPU, RAM, and NVMe as your query depth grows.

Can I run a BalanceAI validator with you?

Yes. We provision single-tenant bare metal for BalanceAI validators with full root, KVM, and IPMI access, so you hold the keys while we keep the hardware healthy. Dedicated CPU and NVMe keep NPoS staking and block participation steady, and fast recovery tooling minimizes downtime if a node needs a restart.

Can I keep my BalanceAI endpoint private, and which ports apply?

Yes. You can expose the standard RPC and WebSocket ports used by Substrate-based nodes and keep everything else closed. We recommend exposing only what you need, putting a reverse proxy in front, and restricting access to known IPs. With full root access you define firewall rules that match your risk level and traffic profile.

What specs do you recommend, and can I scale as traffic grows?

BalanceAI has not yet published a fixed hardware table, so we size conservatively from Substrate node norms: fast NVMe, ample RAM for caching, and a stable network. Many teams start with 8+ cores and 32 to 64 GB RAM for a full node, then scale to 16+ cores, 64 to 128 GB RAM, and larger NVMe for archive or heavy concurrency, without changing providers.

Do you charge per request or per compute unit?

No. Unlike shared RPC providers that bill per "compute unit" and throttle you past a quota, a dedicated node is a flat monthly price with unlimited requests and zero overages. One node equals all the throughput your hardware can serve. That makes budgeting predictable and removes the surprise bills that come with usage-based RPC pricing.

How is this different from a shared RPC endpoint?

Shared RPC pools serve thousands of customers from pooled infrastructure, so you inherit rate limits, noisy-neighbor latency, and compute-unit billing. A RedSwitches node runs on single-tenant bare metal that is yours alone: reserved CPU, RAM, and NVMe, a dedicated 10/25 Gbps port, and a private endpoint you control. Performance tracks your hardware, not another tenant's traffic.

Do I have to sync the node myself, or wait days for it?

No. We provision from current snapshots so your node is live in hours rather than syncing from genesis for days. You can run it yourself with full root access, or choose our fully managed option where our engineers handle the sync, updates, and monitoring. Either way you receive a working private endpoint, not an empty server.

Can I deploy close to a specific region or sequencer?

Yes. With 20+ Tier III locations across the US, EU, Asia, and Australia you can place your node in the same region as your users or a chain's sequencer to cut round-trip latency. Tell us your target region and we will recommend the closest facility. You can also run multi-region nodes for redundancy and split read and write endpoints.
